THE VENUS OF ROBOTICELLI

During 2018 I made a very loose interpretation of the Venus by Sandro Botticelli. Viewed through my glasses and imagination
and named The Venus by Roboticelli.

In august 2018 it was also exhibited on EXPO ongezien #3 on museumnacht in Antwerp.
Whereafter the painting graced the living room of my parents home.

In 2024 the painting was exhibited again in Campo Campo in Antwerp where it then was sold an given a place in a stunning, minimalistic and modern home. I could not have imagined it’s placement better and I’m very grateful to Annemie and Patrick ;).
